The Rhubarb & Custard

Serves two

Ingredients

  • 2 parts (75ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
  • 4 parts (100ml) Custard
  • 2 parts (100ml) Whole Milk
  • 1 part (50ml) Rhubarb Puree
  • 2 Pinches of Ground Cinnamon

Equipment

  • 2 x Martini Glasses
  • 1 x Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 x Hand Whisk
  • 1 x Spoon
  • 2 x Martini Glasses

Method

  • Pour the Rhubarb vodka, custard and cream into the bowl and whisk together.
    Add the puree and using the spoon, gently marble throughout.
  • Distribute evenly into both glasses.
  • Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top and serve.
