In the Pink Rhubarb Fizz

Serves two


  • 1 part (50ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
  • 4 parts (200ml) Dry Sparkling Rose
    (we love Gusbourne Sparkling Ros̩ РKent, England)
  • 4 Sprigs of Thyme
  • 1 Strawberry


  • 2 x Champagne Coupes


  • Chill all liquid ingredients.
  • Slice the strawberry from top to bottom to create two slices.
  • Lay a slice in each glass.
  • Pour the Edwards Rhubarb Vodka into the glasses then top up with the sparkling rosé.
  • Add the sprigs of thyme to the drink and serve.
