Terms & Conditions for the Edwards 1902 Valentines Giveaway (the “Competition”)
a) The Competition is organised and run by Edwards 1902 Ltd, who can be contacted at Pegasus Rd, Elsham Wolds, Industrial Estate, Brigg DN20 0SQ.
b) By entering this Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Edwards 1902 which are final and binding in all matters related to this Competition.
c) The Competition ends at 9:00am (GMT) on 14th February 2022 (the “Competition Period”).
2. Who can enter this Competition?
a) Participants must:
i. be residents of, and have a postal address in the UK Mainland.
ii. have a valid Instagram account; and
iii. be aged 18 or over.
b) The Competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Edwards 1902, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Edwards 1902, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c) By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Edwards 1902 reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
3. How does the Competition work?
a) No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition and entry is free.
b) The Competition is available on the Edwards Instagram Page.
c) To enter the Competition, during the Competition Period participants must:
(i) Follow @Edwards_1902.
(ii) Comment on @Edwards_1902 post tagging 1 friend.
(iii) Share @Edwards_1902 tagging them for an extra entry.
e) Each participant can only enter the Competiton once. Only the first Entry for each account by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Competition. If a submission fails to satisfy any or all requirements of an Entry, it will not be counted as a valid Entry and will be void.
f) All Entries must be received by Edwards 1902 during the Competition Period or they will be void. Edwards 1902 will not accept responsibility for:
i. Competition Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
g) On 14th February 2022, one (1) winner will be selected randomly. The first entry to have evidence of sharing, liking, following and commenting the @Edwards_1902 post will win.
h) The winner will be notified at 10am On 14th February 2022 via Instagram private message to the profile they used to submit their Entry to the Competition (“Notification”).
i) The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, they must respond before 12pm (the “Claim Period”) by replying to the Notification message. In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Edwards 1902 with any further information (e.g. postal address for the delivery of the Prize) requested by Edwards 1902, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within the Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
j) The winner will receive the Prize within one (5) days of the date they provide Edwards 1902 with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(i)).
k) The winner may be required to provide Edwards 1902 with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Competition.
l) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Edwards 1902’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
