Ingredients
- 50ml Edwards 1902 vodka
- 100ml ginger beer
- Ice

Method
- Pour 50ml vodka into a metal mug or tumbler for optimal chill.
- Fill three quarters with crushed ice, then fill to the top with the ginger beer.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Add a few dashes of ginger bitters and serve with a sprig of mint to garnish, plus lime to squeeze over.
